Upon arrival of guests at our hotels for the coming months. will notice some changes - additions to the operating procedures of the hotel which are designed to minimize the risk and enhance the safety of guests and employees.

The additional measures taken by our hotel, observing both the mandatory criteria of the Health Protocols of our country and the optional recommendations, in order to enhance the trust and safety of both our customers and staff include the following:

Training of hotel staff

• Training of all staff in the observance of the new COVID-19 Health Protocols

Means of personal protection

• Providing personal protective equipment to all staff.

• Hand antiseptics are available for guests and staff in all public areas

Distance maintenance

• Appropriate markings in all common areas

• Proper arrangement of table seats in reception, restaurants, bar, swimming pool

Cleaning-disinfection protocols

The hotel has selected approved disinfectant preparations with virulent and bactericidal action suitable for SARS-CoV-2.

Guest rooms.

• Enhanced cleaning and disinfection programs for the cleaning of guest rooms with special emphasis on frequent contact points

• A steam device is used to disinfect fabric surfaces.

• There is discreet monitoring by Customer Management with symptoms for management.

• Frequent cleaning of the room during the stay (avoid contact of cleaning staff with possible case and further transmission).

• For departures, 2 protocols apply:

o Normal cleaning and waiting 24 hours before the room is available to a customer or

o Meticulous cleaning - disinfection on the disputed rooms of the room and bathroom.

o Opening doors and windows for natural ventilation of the space daily.

• Decorative objects are removed from the rooms.

Reception

• Check out 11 a.m. the check 15.00 pm

• For the purposes of public health protection actions, the accommodation address keeps a record of staff members and all persons staying at the hotel (name, nationality, date of arrival and departure, contact details such as address, telephone, e-mail), so that it is possible to communicate with close contacts of any COVID-19 case, which may be identified a posteriori.

• There is the care and safety provided in the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection (GDPR) and all visitors and staff are informed that a record is kept for reasons of public health protection.

• There is also a recording and updating of the COVID-19 Event Book at the hotel reception.

• Plexiglass divider in the socket

• Appropriate marking on the floor of the socket to keep distances

• Keys are disinfected after each use

• POS terminals are disinfected after each use

• Work surfaces and common objects are disinfected during the shift and at every shift change

• Full medical kit available at the reception

• The possibility of using contactless transactions is strengthened

• Customers are informed of changes in services provided

Restaurant operation

• The buffet service is provided only by the restaurant staff

• Disposable linen is used in the restaurant

 • Suitable tabletop distances

Food safety

• In our hotel, food preparation is performed by trained staff in compliance with HACCP principles.

• Receipt of goods by a specific staff member and always wearing the appropriate PPE.

• Adherence to FIFO procedure (first in - first out).

• Keeping the distances between the employees in the kitchen according to the requirements of the health authorities.

• It is forbidden to enter the kitchen area for those who do not have a job. In case this cannot be avoided, the visitor is provided with appropriate personal protective equipment at the entrance of the kitchen.

• Keeping distances on sunbeds

• Disinfection on sunbeds after each use

Our hotel implements a management plan in case of a suspicious case of a visitor or employee based on the Health Protocol of our country.

COVID-19 Suspected Case Management Plan

If a visitor meets the COVID-19 case definition criteria, the following applies:

· The hotel health manager communicates with the doctor who evaluates the incident. If deemed necessary, a COVID-19 test is performed and if it is positive, EODY (1135) is immediately informed of the impact of the case and instructions are given to deal with it.

· It is recommended in the suspicious case to remain in his room with the door of the room closed.

· In a patient who shows symptoms of a respiratory infection (cough, sneezing, runny nose), a simple surgical mask and tissues are given immediately.

· If there is a patient's attendant who wishes to stay close to him to care for him, the attendant is given a simple surgical mask and is advised to wash his hands whenever he comes in contact with the patient's secretions and definitely before the attendant touches the patient. his face either eats or drinks.

· Avoid entering the patient's room if there is no significant reason. If necessary, a member of the hotel staff deals exclusively with a suspected case.

· Used protective equipment should be disposed of in a dustbin and should not be reused.

· After disposing of protective equipment, hand washing follows.

· The Management takes care that there is immediately accessible to the hotel staff sufficient consumables for the prevention of infections: soap and water or alcoholic hand cleaning solution, tissues, disposable surgical masks, disposable gloves, thermometers, cleaning bags surfaces.

If an employee meets the criteria for the COVID-19 case definition, the following applies:

· The health manager of the hotel communicates directly with the doctor or EODY for a statement of the suspected case and instructions for dealing with it.

· It is recommended in the suspected case to remain in a specific area with the door of the room closed.

· In a patient who shows symptoms of a respiratory infection (cough, sneezing, runny nose), a simple surgical mask and tissues are given immediately.

· Research is being done on possible exposure of other employees or customers and they are asked to follow the instructions of EODY.

· All surfaces are disinfected with emphasis on the workplaces and the equipment used by the possible case.
